Gas expansion and pressure regulating unit DR-15 is designed for drive of turbo-generator in energy utilization complexes EUK-30, which is used to generate additional electrical energy by way of utilization of natural gas pressure differential energy at gas distribution station. TECHNICAL DATA
Within an energy utilization complex, process of deep utilization of gas turbine engine exhaust gas heat energy and natural gas pressure differential is realized. Design features: axial-flow four-stage turbine, rotor between supports of plain bearings. Gas inlet is tangential to rotor axis through the volute chamber, outlet along the axis. Helical-type two-stage, two-stream reduction gearbox. Plain bearings as supports of gear trains. Design of valve blocks in the control system is adapted to high temperature gas supply . |
